At Posture Store (a trading name of Think Posture Limited), we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return something, we’re here to help.
Changed Your Mind?
If your item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you return it within 30 days of receipt, we’ll provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Please include your proof of purchase – such as your order confirmation email or order number.
Exceptions:
Some items are non-returnable – such as bespoke or custom-made items. These will be clearly marked as ‘non-returnable’ on the product page under the ‘Delivery & Returns’ section. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.
How to Return an Item

When returning your item:
- Ensure it’s in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- Include the Returns Note inside the parcel.
- Do not attach labels directly to product packaging – use outer packaging and clearly label it with the returns address.
- Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or sent in error, please contact us and we’ll arrange a free collection. Alternatively, you’re welcome to return it at your own cost.
All returned items are tested. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Refunds to an alternative card will only be made if:
- The original account no longer exists, or
- The original card has expired.
- The original account no longer exists, or
- Please allow up to 14 working days from when we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service and obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Your Legal Rights
Our 30-day return policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Under these regulations:
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (or the last item in a multi-part order).
- Bespoke/non-returnable items are excluded.

Once cancelled, you must return the goods within 30 days. We’ll refund you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
You may be liable for any loss in value if goods are handled beyond what’s necessary to inspect them.
