A skilled Think Posture representative will conduct a thorough inspection of the chairs, as agreed upon in the initial consultation, perform functional and safety checks, and document any necessary repairs, recommending spare parts as needed. Our technicians are trained to minimise disruption to your business and staff activities, and we can schedule audits to take place outside of regular business hours. 

Chair Audit Standard

Our Chair Audit Standard is a comprehensive service that includes all the benefits of a Chair Audit Lite, plus any necessary onsite repairs that can be performed with hand tools by our skilled technician.

Chair Audit Plus

Our Chair Audit Plus is an enhanced service that includes all the features of our standard audit, along with an antibacterial wipe down and cleaning of the chair by our trained technicians. This thorough cleaning targets the removal of visible dust and dirt accumulation on the castors, armrests, and chair framework.

Chair Set Up

At Think Posture, we believe that achieving optimal comfort, productivity, and overall well-being for your employees hinges on a properly set up ergonomic workstation and equipment, coupled with user training. We consider this more crucial than the equipment itself.

If required, an experienced representative can visit your workplace to conduct user training, demonstrate products, and set up your ergonomic chair. They will also provide expert advice and guidance on the placement and positioning of workstation equipment, ensuring each item is adjusted to meet individual ergonomic needs.
